Assistant of the Department of Physiotherapy from 1983 to 1994, Associate Professor - from 1994 to 2001, Professor - since 2001, since 2003 - Head of the Department of Physiotherapy and Medical Control with a course physiotherapy. From 2000 to 2006 - Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University Education, since 2006 - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, since 2014 - Vice-Rector for Academic and Educational Work, since 2017 - Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Youth Policy. 

Candidate of Medical Sciences since 1986, Doctor of Medical Sciences since 1998. Sphere of scientific interests: new technologies in the physical education of students, physiotherapy exercises in static-dynamic mode in patients with coronary artery disease. Author of 138 publications, under his supervision 1 candidate and 1 doctoral dissertation were defended. Member of the Presidium of the Russian Association for Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation of Patients and Disabled Persons, member of the editorial board of the journals "Exercise Exercise and Massage" and "Physical Education in Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation". "Excellence in Health" (2005).
